The outer shell of the box-type tempering furnace is welded and manufactured by national standard steel plates and steel sections. The furnace lining is built with ultra-light high-aluminum energy-saving insulation bricks, combined with aluminum silicate fiber cotton composite lining insulation. The electric heating elements of the box-type tempering furnace are designed for long life and made of high-temperature resistant high-alloy 0Cr25Al5. They are arranged on both sides of the furnace and the bottom of the furnace. The furnace door is raised and lowered by electric or hydraulic means. The small box-type tempering furnace can also use a hand-cranked furnace door. When the furnace door is opened, there is a circuit breaker protection device to stop power supply and heating. A microcomputer temperature control system is used to control the tempering process with high precision, and the entire tempering heat treatment process from entering the furnace to leaving the furnace is fully automatically completed.
